OSIM Brand Sales Ambassador - Los Angeles / San Jose 

Responsibilities and Duties
Assess customer needs and provide insight for the purchase.

Achieve personal monthly target and be rewarded doing so.

Maintaining strong customer relationship through sales and marketing tools provided

Maintaining smooth store operation

Honing salesmanship skill with professional training module (Training Provided)

Provide insight professional advice on improving customer lifestyle (Training Provided)

Opportunity to travel across US to attend trade shows and road shows by assisting the road show team

Expect two weeks of training prior job start

Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience is a bonus (Training provided prior to work)

Have the right to work in USA.

Valid driver license is an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Verbal communication in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

Team oriented (Work as a team, Grow as a team)


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:
Base salary + Monthly bonus + Commission (Uncapped)

Technician of Technical and Maintenance Department – San Jose 

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform repairment all our products, which includes small products and massage chairs.
Responsible for our office warehouse management on all repair parts and livestock. 

Maintain the tidiness of office’s warehouse.
Assisting all outsource tech services in USA for repair instruction if needed.
Responsible to provide detailed reports regularly as per instructed.
Work accordingly with customer service team to accommodate and fulfill service request.
Assisting in labor around the office and warehouse
Proactively conduct weekly meeting with CSR during office date to discuss any technical concerns and issues.
Proactively conduct meeting and provide report to Head of T&M department on bi-weekly basis such as brand-new faulty case, constant repeating cases (more than 2 appointments)

Mandatory traveling is required

Qualifications and Skills
Technical and repairing experience will be a great asset. (Training will be provided)

Have the right to work in USA.

Valid driver license and be able to access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Verbal communication in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
