I got this for my BD gift!! I ordered and my husband paid! My friend highly recommended so I tried once at her house it worked good!! I ordered right away!!! I have neck and shoulder pain! First and second day I got this pad, I used for an hour for each day!!! I love this product so much! You can use the heat also you cam adjust width and up or down so it works by your neck and shoulder size! I found other product a little cheaper but I like this leather ! Personally I put this pad on the floor against the wall .. you feel a little stronger massage I like it!!!! Anyway overall 10 out of 10!!!
